What is the internal reporting system or complaints channel?

The Complaints Channel is a means to facilitate the agile and confidential communication of irregularities that may involve non-compliance with regulations. Communications can be submitted anonymously.

What facts can / should I communicate?

It may report conduct occurring within the company as facts constituting a criminal offense or a serious or very serious administrative infraction.

  • Acoso laboral.
  • Incumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud laboral.
  • Represalias tomadas contra alguien.
  • Otras situaciones no especificadas.

No se aceptarán reportes que no estén relacionados con los temas mencionados anteriormente en este canal.

How can I report irregular behavior?

The system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any device and in several languages, through the following access routes:

  • Postal mail: C. Teodoro Camino 2, Entreplanta A. 02001 Albacete. A/A del Responsable del Sistema Interno de Información.

At the request of the interested party, complaints may also be submitted by means of a face-to-face meeting, and the request must be addressed through one of the aforementioned communication channels.

Without prejudice to the avenues of access detailed above, the interested party may contact the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection..
